Calculated for TP316 seamless tube at ambient temperature using the ASME B31.3 straight-pipe equation, an allowable stress of 138 MPa (20 ksi) and a 10% wall tolerance, rounded down. The fitting and valve manufacturers' ratings govern the system. Welded tube, other grades and higher temperatures lower these values.
Material choice decides corrosion resistance, strength and the fitting system that can be used.

A first-pass check using the ASME B31.3 straight-pipe equation. Enter the tube size, wall and material to see the calculated working pressure.
A first-pass check at ambient temperature only. Fitting, valve and gauge ratings are set by their manufacturers and can be lower than the tube, and allowable stress falls as temperature rises. Confirm against ASME B31.3 Table A-1 and the manufacturer's data. Send the instrumentation list for a quotation →

Products from established manufacturers in Europe, India and Korea, with stock support from the UAE.
Support for bulk requirements, and schedule-driven supply for maintenance, shutdown and emergency requests.
Gasify Middle East Trading LLC is a UAE-based industrial supplier and stockist of stainless steel instrument tubing, tube fittings, instrumentation valves and copper tubes and fittings. From offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai we support EPC contractors, instrument fabricators, skid packagers and plant procurement teams in oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, power generation and water.
We have reliable manufacturers in Europe, India and Korea to support bulk requirements of stainless steel tubes, tube fittings, instrumentation valves, and copper tubes and fittings. Stainless tubes and tube fittings are supplied from 1/8 in to 2 in in TP316/316L, seamless or welded, and copper tubes and fittings from 1/8 in to 8-1/8 in to ASTM B88, B306 and B280.
Projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC often reference ADNOC or Saudi Aramco specifications, approved manufacturer lists and inspection requirements. Gasify reviews these requirements against the products you need, coordinates the documentation and inspection called for by the order, and supports the RFQ from technical clarification to delivery. Approval status is never assumed. Requirements are confirmed against each project's documents.
Seamless and welded tubing to ASTM A269 in TP316 and TP316L, and compression tube fittings in the same grades, cover impulse lines, sampling lines, control-air and hydraulic lines. Tube, fittings and valves should come from the same fitting system, and the tube hardness must suit the fitting manufacturer's limit. Duplex, 6Mo and nickel alloy tubing and fittings are sourced on enquiry for offshore and severe service.
Needle, instrument ball, check and gauge valves isolate, regulate and vent instrument lines. Two, three and five-valve manifolds follow IEC 61518 for differential pressure transmitter hook-ups, and double block and bleed valves give positive isolation at the instrument root.
Copper tubes to ASTM B88, B306 and B280 and matching fittings to ASME B16.22 and B16.18 serve air, water, refrigeration and utility lines from 1/8 in to 8-1/8 in. Copper is not suitable for ammonia or sulphide-bearing media.
Bourdon gauges to EN 837-1 with siphons, snubbers and diaphragm seals, thermowells designed with ASME PTC 19.3 TW in mind, RTDs and thermocouples, and pressure, temperature and level transmitters with ATEX, IECEx and SIL options can be sourced on enquiry against the instrument datasheet.
Instrument lines rarely travel alone. Gasify can consolidate tubing, valves and manifolds with steel pipes, butt weld and forged fittings, flanges and industrial valves in a single package, with phased deliveries to the UAE, GCC, Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Explore how we work on our project supply page or read about oil and gas supply.
Gasify combines UAE-based supplier and stockist support with sourcing from established manufacturers in Europe, India and Korea. Availability depends on product, size, material and quantity, so current stock is confirmed for each RFQ.
Gasify supports procurement against project material requisitions and client specifications, including ADNOC and Saudi Aramco requirements where the project calls for them. Approved manufacturer and vendor list requirements are reviewed for each project. Gasify does not represent an approval status unless it is formally documented.
The range covers stainless steel instrument tubing and tube fittings, instrumentation valves, valve manifolds and DBB valves, copper tubes and fittings, pressure gauges and accessories, thermowells and temperature instruments, and transmitters and field instruments sourced on enquiry.
Seamless or welded TP316/316L tubes and tube fittings are supplied from 1/8 in to 2 in. Other grades such as 304, duplex, 6Mo and nickel alloys are sourced on enquiry.
No. Compression tube fittings from different manufacturers use different ferrule and nut designs, so tube, fittings and valves should come from the same fitting system. Mixing makes can cause leaks and void the manufacturer's pressure rating.
TP316L has a lower carbon content than TP316, which improves resistance to sensitisation after welding. Dual-certified 316/316L tubing meets both specifications. Both have the same general corrosion resistance, and the allowable stress is lower for the L grade.
Compression fitting manufacturers specify a maximum tube hardness so the ferrules can bite into the tube. Soft annealed tubing is the usual choice. State the fitting system and its hardness limit in the RFQ.
A three-valve manifold has two block valves and an equalising valve, and a five-valve manifold adds two vent valves for calibration and venting. Remote-mount and direct-mount types follow IEC 61518 for transmitter mounting dimensions.
Copper tubes and fittings are supplied to ASTM B88 (water tube), ASTM B306 (drainage tube) and ASTM B280 (air conditioning and refrigeration tube), from 1/8 in to 8-1/8 in. Copper is not suitable for ammonia or sulphide-bearing media.
Sour service tubing, fittings and valves can be sourced where the project specification requires them, including hardness limits and the documentation stated on the datasheet. Requirements are confirmed before quotation.
Tube, fittings and valve bodies are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates and heat-code traceability. Calibration certificates for gauges and transmitters, Ex and SIL certificates, EN 10204 3.2 certification and third-party inspection can be coordinated where specified.
Send your MTO, BOQ or datasheet with product type, size, material grade, standard, end connection, pressure rating, quantity, required certificates and delivery location. The procurement team reviews the requirement and responds with a quotation.
