Gasify Middle East Trading LLC is a UAE-based industrial supplier and stockist of electrical accessories, including cable glands, cable trays, conduits, junction boxes, cables, lugs and earthing materials. From offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai we support EPC contractors, electrical contractors, skid packagers and plant procurement teams in oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, power generation, water and infrastructure.
Our electrical range covers industrial and Ex-certified cable glands to EN 62444 and IEC 60079, cable trays and ladders to IEC 61537, conduit systems to IEC 61386, junction boxes and enclosures, LV armoured cables to IEC 60502-1 and BS 5467, instrumentation cables, crimp and bimetallic lugs, and earthing and lightning protection components.
Projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC often reference ADNOC or Saudi Aramco specifications, approved manufacturer lists and inspection requirements. Gasify reviews these requirements against the products you need, coordinates the documentation called for by the order, and supports the RFQ from technical clarification to delivery. Approval status is never assumed. Requirements are confirmed against each project's documents.
Ex d and Ex e cable glands, Ex e and Ex i junction boxes, control stations, Ex LED luminaires and plugs and sockets are sourced to the area classification of the site: protection type, gas group, temperature class and zone. The gland and the enclosure must both be certified for the installation, and certificates are supplied by the manufacturer.
Ladder, perforated and wire mesh trays and strut support systems are available in hot-dip galvanised steel, stainless steel 316, aluminium and GRP. Rigid, flexible and PVC conduits with fittings and Ex sealing fittings cover exposed wiring runs in industrial areas.
LV XLPE/SWA cables in PVC and LSZH sheaths, fire-resistant cables, control cables and screened instrumentation cables are available in copper and aluminium conductors, on drums and cut to length on enquiry. Use the voltage drop calculator on this page for a first check of cable size.
Crimp and bimetallic lugs, terminal blocks, heat-shrink sleeves, earth rods, copper tape, exothermic weld kits and lightning protection components complete the installation.
Electrical items rarely travel alone. Gasify can consolidate electrical accessories with instrumentation, structural steel, steel pipes, flanges and valves in a single package, with phased deliveries to the UAE, GCC, Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Explore how we work on our project supply page or read about oil and gas supply.
Gasify combines UAE-based supplier and stockist support with manufacturer sourcing. Availability depends on product, size, rating and quantity, so current stock is confirmed for each RFQ.
Gasify supports procurement against project material requisitions and client specifications, including ADNOC and Saudi Aramco requirements where the project calls for them. Approved manufacturer and vendor list requirements are reviewed for each project. Gasify does not represent an approval status unless it is formally documented.
The range covers cable glands and accessories, cable trays, ladders and supports, conduits and fittings, junction boxes and enclosures, power, control and instrumentation cables, lugs and terminations, earthing and lightning protection, and Ex-certified lighting and power accessories on enquiry.
An Ex d gland is used with a flameproof enclosure and often has a barrier or compound seal that stops flame passing along the cable. An Ex e gland is used with increased-safety enclosures and seals against ingress. The gland must be certified for the protection type of the enclosure it enters.
It lists the protection types (flameproof d, increased safety e), the gas group (IIC), the temperature class (T6, surface at or below 85 °C) and the equipment protection level (Gb, for Zone 1). Equipment must match the area classification of the site.
The first digit shows protection against solids and the second shows protection against water. IP66 is dust-tight and withstands powerful water jets. IP68 is dust-tight and suitable for continuous immersion under conditions agreed with the manufacturer.
Ladder trays suit heavy power cables and long spans, and perforated trays suit medium loads and give support along the full cable length. Check the load and span against the tray manufacturer's load table, and select the finish for the environment.
Hot-dip galvanised steel suits most outdoor industrial areas. Stainless steel 316 and GRP suit coastal, offshore and chemical areas. The choice depends on the corrosivity category, the design life and the project specification.
PVC cable is the standard general-purpose sheath. LSZH cable emits low smoke and no halogens in a fire, which suits enclosed spaces. Fire-resistant cable keeps the circuit working for a stated time in a fire under IEC 60331 or BS 7846. A cable can be LSZH and fire-resistant.
Voltage drop depends on the current, length, conductor size and material, power factor and operating temperature. Use the voltage drop calculator on this page for a first check. Current rating, short-circuit withstand and installation conditions also decide the final size.
Cables come with routine test reports, and metal products with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates. Ex products come with ATEX or IECEx certificates, and IP and type-test reports are available from the manufacturer. EN 10204 3.2 certification and third-party inspection can be coordinated where specified.
