ℹ️ L vs Standard vs H grades: "L" grades (304L, 316L) have max 0.03% carbon — no post-weld annealing needed for thin sections. Standard grades (0.08% C max) suit general service. "H" grades (0.04–0.10% C) offer superior creep strength above 550°C for high-temperature boiler and reactor piping.
⚗️ Alloy Steel Pipes — Section 3 of 8

Alloy Steel Pipes — Chrome-Moly Seamless (ASTM A335)

Chrome-molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel seamless pipes for high-temperature, high-pressure service in refineries, boilers, power stations, and heat exchangers. P-grades from P1 to P91 — the workhorse of elevated-temperature process piping.

Size: ½" – 24" NPS
Schedule: Sch 40 – XXS
Standard: ASTM A335 · A691 · EN 10216-2
Why Alloy Steel? Carbon steel begins to lose creep strength above ~370°C. Chrome-molybdenum alloys maintain mechanical properties at temperatures up to 650°C (P22) and 625°C sustained / 650°C short-term for P91, making them essential for steam lines, superheater headers, and high-temp refinery piping where carbon steel or stainless steel would fail prematurely or be uneconomical.

A P91 Pipe — Special Requirements

P91 is the most technically demanding Cr-Mo pipe grade. It requires strict controls at every stage — from mill chemistry and normalising + tempering heat treatment through to post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) during fabrication. Incorrect handling can reduce its creep strength to P22 levels.

  • Supplied in Normalised & Tempered (N+T) condition per ASTM A335
  • Full heat treatment records included with every MTC
  • Charpy impact testing at room temperature as standard
  • Hardness verification per pipe to confirm correct microstructure
  • Chemical analysis verified for V (0.18–0.25%), Nb (0.06–0.10%), N (0.03–0.07%)
  • Sourced from approved European & Japanese P91 specialists only
  • PWHT advisory documentation and welding procedure recommendations available
B High-Temp Alloy vs Stainless — When to Use Which
Factor Alloy Steel (P-Grade) Stainless Steel (TP)
Temp Range 400°C – 650°C Up to 1050°C (310S)
Corrosion Limited — sulphur/H₂S rated Superior (Cl⁻, acid)
Creep Strength Excellent (P91/P92) Good (347H, 310H)
Cost Lower Higher
Weldability PWHT required Generally no PWHT
Thermal Expansion Lower — design advantage Higher — needs expansion
ℹ️ For refinery hydroprocessing piping above 400°C with hydrogen partial pressures, P22 and P91 are preferred over stainless steel due to lower susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement and Nelson curve compliance per API 941.
💎 Duplex & Super Duplex Pipes — Section 4 of 8

Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipes

Dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure delivers roughly twice the strength of 316L with far superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and H₂S attack — the premium choice for offshore, subsea, and chemical service in the Gulf region.

A What is PREN & Why It Matters

PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) quantifies a stainless steel alloy's resistance to chloride pitting corrosion: PREN = %Cr + 3.3(%Mo) + 16(%N). Higher PREN = better pitting resistance in seawater and chloride-rich environments.

Grade PREN Max Cl⁻ (ppm) Suitable For
SS 316L ~24 <200 Mild corrosive environments
Duplex 2205 35–38 <1,000 Offshore process, moderate H₂S
Super Duplex 2507 43–45 <10,000 Subsea, seawater injection, sour
Nickel Alloy 625 >50 Unlimited Extreme corrosion service
B Standard Test Requirements — Duplex Supply
  • Ferrite count per ASTM E562 / EN ISO 8249 (target 35–65% ferrite)
  • Pitting corrosion test per ASTM G48 Method A/E (super duplex: 50°C min)

We supply the complete range of industrial pipes and tubes — covering every material, grade, construction method, and application encountered across oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, water infrastructure, and construction projects in the Middle East and beyond.

As a trusted seamless pipe supplier in Dubai and welded pipe stockist in Abu Dhabi, we maintain broad ex-stock inventory of the highest-demand grades for immediate delivery across UAE and the GCC, while our global mill network allows us to source specialist and project-specific materials — including OCTG, exotic alloys, and large-diameter line pipe — with full traceability and third-party certification to any project specification.

Carbon Steel Pipe Supplier UAE — API 5L, ASTM A106 & A53

Carbon steel pipes represent the highest-volume product category in our UAE inventory. We are one of the leading API 5L pipe suppliers in Dubai and ASTM A106 Gr.B pipe stockists in Abu Dhabi, maintaining ex-stock availability in sizes from ½" to 24" NPS across schedules 40, 80, 120, 160, and XXS for immediate dispatch to any UAE or GCC destination.

Our API 5L supply covers both PSL1 and PSL2 quality levels in grades Gr.B through X80 for seamless construction, and Gr.B through X70 for ERW, LSAW, and SSAW welded construction. For pipeline projects requiring sour service compliance, we supply API 5L PSL2 with HIC testing per NACE TM0284, SSC testing per NACE TM0177, and full NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 documentation — grades X52, X60, and X65 most commonly specified for sour gas gathering and transmission lines across the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.

For process piping in refineries and petrochemical plants, ASTM A106 Grade B seamless pipe is the default specification for high-pressure, high-temperature service per ASME B31.3. We supply A106 Gr.B in all standard schedules with EN 10204 Type 3.1 MTC as standard, and can arrange Type 3.2 witnessed inspection by TÜV, SGS, or Bureau Veritas for ADNOC, Aramco-approved, and QatarEnergy-qualified project applications. Low-temperature service (LNG, cryogenic) is covered by ASTM A333 Grade 6 seamless pipes — impact tested down to -45°C — also stocked in our UAE warehouse.

Stainless Steel Pipe Supplier in UAE — TP304, TP316, 321, 347 & 904L

We are a leading stainless steel pipe supplier in UAE, supplying the complete range of austenitic grades per ASTM A312 — TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP317L, TP321, TP347, TP310S, and 904L — in both seamless and welded construction, with pipe dimensions per ASME B36.19M from Schedule 5S through 80S.

For standard corrosion-resistant process piping, TP316L is the most widely specified grade in the Gulf region, offering superior chloride resistance over TP304L through its 2% molybdenum addition. For elevated temperature service above 425°C where sensitisation is a concern, stabilised grades TP321 (titanium-stabilised) and TP347 (niobium-stabilised) are the correct specification choice. Our stainless steel pipe stockist in Dubai inventory includes common sizes of TP316L in schedules 10S, 40S, and 80S for immediate delivery.

For the most demanding corrosion environments — sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, HCl in combination with chlorides — we supply 904L stainless steel pipes (UNS N08904 / 1.4539) offering PREN ≥35 and outstanding resistance to reducing acids. 904L is commonly specified for acid coolers, FGD scrubbers, and chlor-alkali plant piping where standard 316L falls short of the required service life.

Alloy Steel Pipe Supplier UAE — P11, P22, P91 Chrome-Moly Pipes

As a specialist alloy steel pipe supplier in UAE, we supply the full range of ASTM A335 chrome-molybdenum seamless pipes — from P1 and P5 through to the advanced P91 and P92 grades — for high-temperature service in refineries, boilers, HRSG units, and supercritical power plants across the region.

ASTM A335 P91 is our most technically demanding product. Used in main steam lines, superheater outlet headers, and hot reheat piping in supercritical and ultra-supercritical power plants, P91 requires careful material traceability, correct normalising and tempering heat treatment records, and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) during fabrication. We source P91 exclusively from European and Japanese specialists with documented creep testing and full N+T heat treatment records, and provide PWHT advisory documentation alongside every delivery to support your welding and QA teams.

For refinery hydroprocessing piping, ASTM A335 P22 (2¼Cr-1Mo) remains the most widely used alloy steel pipe grade — satisfying Nelson curve requirements per API 941 for hydrogen service at elevated temperatures and pressures encountered in hydrocracking and hydrotreating units across Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, and Kuwait Petroleum refinery projects.

Duplex & Super Duplex Pipe Supplier Dubai — 2205 & 2507

Gasify Middle East is a specialist duplex pipe supplier in UAE and super duplex pipe stockist in Dubai. We supply UNS S31803 and S32205 duplex 2205 pipes and UNS S32750 (SAF 2507) and UNS S32760 (Zeron 100) super duplex pipes per ASTM A790, certified to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 for sour service applications.

Duplex 2205 has become the standard material of choice for offshore topsides piping, produced water handling, chemical injection systems, and desalination plant heat exchangers across the UAE and wider Gulf region — delivering roughly twice the yield strength of 316L stainless steel (450 MPa vs 220 MPa) while resisting chloride stress corrosion cracking that would rapidly degrade standard austenitic stainless steels in seawater and brine environments. Super duplex 2507 and Zeron 100, with PREN values above 43, are specified for subsea flowlines, umbilical tubing, and deepwater production systems where the combination of high H₂S, chlorides, and pressure demands the highest level of corrosion resistance in a metallic pipe material below nickel alloy performance level.

OCTG Supplier UAE — Casing, Tubing & Drill Pipe (API 5CT / API 5DP)

We are a trusted OCTG supplier in UAE, supplying oil country tubular goods including API 5CT casing (grades J55, K55, N80, L80, C90, T95, P110, Q125), production tubing (EUE, NUE, integral joint), and API 5DP drill pipe (grades E, X, G, S) to upstream operators, drilling contractors, and oilfield service companies across the Middle East and Africa.

Our casing pipe supplier UAE capability covers the full API 5CT grade range — from J55 for shallow wells to P110 and Q125 for deep, high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) applications. For sour gas wells, we supply L80 (1Cr), C90, and T95 grades with hardness-controlled (max 23 HRC for L80, max 25.4 HRC for C90/T95) and full NACE MR0175 compliance documentation. Premium thread connections (VAM, TenarisHydril, Fox) are available for high-pressure gas wells where API STC/LTC/BTC thread integrity is insufficient.

HDPE Pipe Supplier UAE — PE100, SDR11 & SDR17

We supply HDPE pipes in UAE including PE100 and PE80 grades in SDR 11, 17, 21, and 26 wall ratios per ISO 4427 and EN 12201, covering OD from 20mm to 1600mm. HDPE PE100 pipes are the preferred solution for water supply mains, gas distribution networks, irrigation, industrial slurry, and trenchless/directional drilling (HDD) pipeline installation across the GCC, Africa, and South Asia.

Our GRE pipe supplier UAE offering includes high-pressure Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes per API 15HR rated to 150 bar for offshore seawater injection, produced water, firewater, and chemical injection applications — and GRP pipes per AWWA C950 for large-diameter cooling water, raw water, and sewage outfall installations. GRE/GRP pipes are now standard specification on ADNOC and Aramco seawater handling projects, replacing carbon steel to eliminate corrosion-driven maintenance costs.

Pipe Supplier UAE to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman & Africa

Our UAE warehouse and export capability makes us a reliable single-source pipe supplier for Saudi Arabia, seamless pipe exporter UAE to Qatar, OCTG supplier Oman, and pipe supplier to Africa — Nigeria, Libya, Egypt, Tanzania, Mozambique, Kenya, and Angola. We handle complete export logistics from our Abu Dhabi and Dubai facilities including customs clearance, export packing, certificate of origin, pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas, sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight, and door-to-door delivery to site.

For urgent project requirements, our WhatsApp enquiry line and 4-hour quote response commitment ensures that even fast-track procurement teams receive accurate pricing, mill availability, and certification confirmation within a single working session — critical when a project shutdown is waiting on a single pipe spool or a drilling programme needs OCTG delivered to rig in 72 hours.

GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) uses an epoxy resin matrix, offering higher temperature resistance (up to 65°C continuous) and pressure ratings (up to 150 bar per API 15HR) — the specification for oilfield applications including seawater injection, produced water handling, and offshore firewater systems. GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic/Polyester) uses polyester resin — lower cost, suitable for large-diameter, lower-pressure applications like cooling water, raw water intake, and sewage outfalls per AWWA C950. For oilfield service per ADNOC or Aramco, GRE to API 15HR is typically the mandatory specification. For civil infrastructure water supply and drainage, GRP to AWWA C950 or EN 1796 is the standard choice.
We offer a full range of value-added services including: cut-to-length sawing (cold cut and saw cut); end bevelling per ASME B16.25 (30° bevel + 1.6mm land) ready for butt-welding; shot blasting to Sa 2.5 and Sa 3; external coating — FBE (fusion bonded epoxy), 3LPE (three-layer polyethylene), 3LPP (three-layer polypropylene), and epoxy; internal epoxy lining for potable water and chemical service; positive material identification (PMI) by XRF on 100% of pipe joints; ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and radiographic testing (RT) NDT services; hydrostatic pressure testing; pipe stencilling and project spool marking; and project-specific bundling, tagging, and packing for direct fabrication yard or site delivery.
For ex-stock items in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, same-day collection and next-day delivery within UAE is available. GCC export — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq — typically 3–7 days by road freight or sea. South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) is 10–20 days by sea. African destinations (Nigeria, Libya, Egypt, Tanzania, Mozambique, Kenya) are 14–30 days by sea depending on routing. Air freight is available for urgent critical-path supply, typically 2–5 days to most destinations. Proforma invoice, packing list, and full shipping documents are issued within 4 hours of order confirmation. We also arrange SGS, BV, or Intertek pre-shipment inspection where required prior to export.
Seamless pipes (SMLS) are manufactured without a weld seam by hot extrusion or hot rolling from a solid billet, producing uniform circumferential strength and predictable performance under high internal pressure, high temperature, and cyclic loading. ASME B31.3 process piping code applies a joint efficiency factor of 1.0 to seamless pipe (vs 0.85 for ERW welded), meaning thinner walls can be used for a given pressure rating — making seamless preferred for high-pressure process piping in refineries and offshore facilities. Welded pipes (ERW, LSAW, SSAW) are formed from plate or coil and welded longitudinally or spirally — lower cost per unit length, and suitable for line pipe (API 5L), water and gas distribution, structural, and lower-pressure process applications where code permits. The correct choice is governed by your project's piping specification (pipe class), applicable design codes (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 570), and the operating pressure, temperature, and fluid category of each service.
