The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-caliber Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). This dual-track role offers a 360-degree view of the industry, combining Technical Procurement with Strategic Sales. You won’t just be “buying and selling”—you will be mastering the technical specifications of energy infrastructure and managing complex international logistics.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Technical Sourcing: Identify and vet international vendors for specialized equipment (Pipes, Valves, Fittings) ensuring compliance with API and industry standards.
- Sales Strategy: Assist the senior sales team in preparing high-value technical proposals and competitive quotations for regional energy clients.
- Technical Literacy: Develop a mastery of technical drawings and material specifications to provide expert advice to clients.
- Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end supply chain cycle, from initial inquiry and RFQ to order placement and final delivery.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between global suppliers and Middle Eastern clients, ensuring seamless communication and on-time project execution.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or equivalent).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internships in procurement, sales, or Oil & Gas are a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) and the ability to negotiate with global stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and a quick learner of ERP systems.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Abu Dhabi.
Compensation & Career Growth
- Monthly Stipend: AED 3,000 – 3,500.
- Housing: Company-provided shared accommodation.
- Retention Bonus: A loyalty bonus of AED 24,000 payable upon the successful completion of 2 years.
- Full Sponsorship: Company-sponsored employment visa and medical insurance.
- Travel: Annual air ticket reimbursement (after Year 1).
- Growth Path: Top performers will be fast-tracked into Procurement Engineer or Technical Sales Manager roles within 18-24 months.
