About the Role
Gasify Middle East is seeking an experienced Sales & Procurement Engineer to lead our end-to-end supply chain and business development efforts. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical product knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a proven track record of closing deals with major energy companies in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full sales cycle—from inquiry and RFQ to contract negotiation, order execution, and post-delivery support.
- Strategic Procurement: Lead the end-to-end sourcing of Oil & Gas equipment (CS/SS Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Flanges) from global manufacturers, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with API/international standards.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with EPC contractors, refineries, and national oil companies (NOCs) across the UAE and Middle East.
- Vendor Management: Manage and expand our international supplier network, negotiating terms that improve margins while maintaining high quality.
- Technical Consulting: Act as a technical advisor to clients, assisting in the selection of materials and providing detailed technical proposals and quotations.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in ERP/CRM tools, and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of specialized experience in PVF (Pipes, Valves, Fittings) sales and procurement within the UAE/GCC market.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of material grades, pressure ratings, and technical specifications used in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
- Network: Existing relationships with regional vendors and major industry clients are highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 (Based on experience).
