Job Overview
We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Sales & Procurement to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduate from a reputed Indian college who is passionate about starting a career in procurement and sales within the oil & gas supply chain.
You will receive structured training and hands-on exposure in procurement operations, vendor management, and client relations to build a long-term career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and manage procurement processes for oil & gas equipment.
- Develop an understanding of technical specifications for pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Support sales teams with client communication, proposals, and quotations.
- Work with international vendors and suppliers for sourcing.
- Coordinate with clients across the Middle East region.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering ( IIT, IIIT, NIT, BIT or any other reputed Engineering college).
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior internships/projects in procurement or sales will be a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical understanding of oil & gas products.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month.
- Accommodation: Company-provided shared accommodation.
- Retention Bonus: AED 24,000 upon completion of 2 years of service.
